The location is awesome, close to everything I wanted to see. The breakfast staff was amazing. They made the mornings very special. I enjoyed the complimentary wine at the pool area. It was a relaxing treat each evening.
I found there was no microwave in my room. I wanted to warm leftovers. I had to use the one in the front office closet. That was inconvenient

the room i booked stated balcony access overlooking the pool area however i faced truman avenue. sleeping was difficult due to the noise this generated. several outlets did not function i reported this to the front desk. the mattress seemed past its prime.

i found the breakfast area quite cramped. there were not enough tables to accommodate all guests, especially when the weather pushed everyone indoors. the single croissant per person felt a bit stingy (i would have liked another one), and the overall selection could have been more varied.
